Welcome!
Pardon Our Posture
Pardon Our Posture is a community dedicated to professional women who transitioned from peer to boss and women who desire to make this transition. Women in these roles often face unique challenges and find themselves constantly pouring into everyone and everything else while neglecting their own personal and professional needs.
Our mission is to create safe spaces that support women who are new to leading others, still developing as leaders and women positioning themselves to lead.
In our community women can raise their hand to say I need support without judgement. A raised hand in this community is not interpreted as a work performance issue or failure.
We are successful in our approach because YOU are included in the plan of action. We don't dictate what support should look and feel like, we include you in the discussion.
Pardon Our Posture while we build our page, but feel free to POP around to see how we can be of support to you and your team.
About Our Approach
We Get Your Struggle
We operate under the belief that employees don't report to work with the intensions to fail to meet expectations. We also don't believe leaders raise their hand to lead and fail to answer the call intentionally, but the reality is, under performing employees exist in workplace.
The solution isn't disciplining employees out the door. It isn't hiding the fact that you could benefit from support or guidance. Part of the solution is connecting with Pardon Our Posture!
Our community provides tools and support for leaders to thrive in their leadership role and at their full potential. Some of these tools include facilitated dialogues, workshops and trainings that supports leaders with planning for direct conversations with their team. Other tools include self-care and work life balance awareness. Our community also connects women with a network of other professional women in leadership and women positioning themselves to lead.
We encourage you to connect with us to see how we can be of support to you and your team.
